Faravelli Group and BIS Ltd organized a tasting Session (free invitation) at FiE 2015 - held in Paris from 1 to 3 December 2015 – to give visitors the opportunity to taste SoSense Miso Powder, miso powder that can reduce the salt content in enhancing the flavor, imported in Europe by BIS Ltd and produced by one of the leading Japanese manufacturer of miso, Miyasaka Jozo Co. Ltd., founded in 1662.
On that occasion, Chef Dale Petchey proposed a full menu where SoSENSE constituted the main ingredient of all preparations.
The event was a great success among operators.
