Focus on Provital and Contipro

The 2016 edition of in-cosmetics is already over.

The largest edition ever took place in Paris on April 12-14, gathering more than 780 global exhibitors representing more than 9000 manufacturers from around the world.

Among the many prestigious companies exhibiting at the show, we are pleased to focus on two of our long-established partners: Provital Group and  Contipro.

In particular, Paris was the prestigious stage for Provital to present Lingostem™,studied to act against skin photoaging caused by IR and UV radiation. Lingostem^TM are lingonberry stem cells designed to prevent and reverse photoaging, mimicking one of nature’s solutions to fight damaging effects of solar radiation in plants.

As for Contipro, the Czech company presented two new peptides, Clodessine and Desultine.

Clodessine is an active fragment of anti-aging hormone Klotho. Clodessine reduces wrinkle depth and makes skin healthier and smoother. It increases skin elasticity, protecting against premature aging caused by everyday stress.

Desultine is an inhibitor of aged skin enzyme sulfotransferase, the “exzyme of aging”. By blocking it, Desultine has a lot of beneficial effects on the skin: it reduces pigmentation and age spots, makes skin significantly whiter, keeps skin smooth and healthy-looking.
