It is a clean-label ingredient with excellent structuring functionality, to be used as an alternative to traditional gums.
NUTRAVA™ Citrus Fiber Boost - meat is the product designed for the meat sector, for the formulation of emulsified products such as sausages and mortadella, and ready meals, thanks to its emulsifying and gelling properties.
