Faravelli is among the winners (for the third consecutive time) of the fifth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award, the prize for entrepreneurial excellence promoted by Deloitte Private, with the participation of ALTIS Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, ELITE-Gruppo Euronext and Confindustria Piccola Industria.
In awarding the prize, seven success factors were evaluated: 'Strategy', 'Skills and Innovation', 'Commitment and Corporate Culture', 'Governance and Performance Measurement', 'Sustainability', 'Supply Chain' and 'Internationalisation'.
The prize was awarded by a jury of experts consisting of: Fabio Antoldi, Professor of Business Strategy at ALTIS Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; Renato Goretta, member of the National Presidential Council of Piccola Industria di Confindustria; Marta Testi, CEO of Elite-Euronext. The award ceremony took place on Tuesday 4 October at Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of Borsa Italiana-Euronext.
Luca Benati, CEO of Faravelli: 'We are taking the stage for the third year running and it is truly a great satisfaction for us. The award is tangible recognition of the unceasing work that is carried out in the company at all levels, with perseverance, enthusiasm and conviction, despite the difficulties and the continuation of a global situation that is complex to say the least. Thanks to the Jury and thanks to the Faravelli team!"
"Congratulations to Faravelli for this important recognition," say Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Deloitte Private Leader, and Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and BMC Head for Italy. "This edition, like the one in 2021, took place in a difficult context, marked not only by the continuing effects of the pandemic, but also by the eruption of a war scenario that has had serious repercussions on companies: from supply chain disruptions to the price of raw materials, from the energy crisis to the food crisis, with inflation rates reaching record levels. Even in this challenging context, the award-winning companies have shown the ability to adapt, have innovated and have continued to be a banner of excellence, demonstrating the strength and great potential of Made in Italy entrepreneurship'.
