Milan, November 2, 2023 – FARAVELLI has, for the fourth consecutive time, been named among the 79 winners of the Best Managed Companies Award, a recognition for entrepreneurial excellence in the 'Made in Italy' sector, now in its sixth edition.
The award is promoted by Deloitte Private in collaboration with ALTIS - Graduate School of Sustainable Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, ELITE-Gruppo Euronext, and the Small Industry Association of Confindustria.
Accepting the award on our behalf on the evening of October 30 at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan was our CEO Luca Benati, who commented on this recognition achieved for the fourth consecutive year: "It’s truly a great satisfaction for us to once again take the stage and receive this award. It's a recognition that doesn't come easily, testament to the constant dedication of everyone: the ownership, management, and all our collaborators work tirelessly every day to enhance the company standards toward a more responsible and sustainable management."
"In its sixth edition this year, the award represents not just a recognition for Italian entrepreneurial excellence for what has already been accomplished, but it is indeed a comprehensive multi-year growth program. Participating entities are supported by Deloitte experts in a journey that iteratively stimulates their development and enhancement in fundamental success parameters of the Award, crucial for business management. It becomes a virtuous and long-lasting path, evidenced by over 80% of companies winning multiple editions, with 7 companies consecutively winning for six years," comments Ernesto Lanzillo, Partner at Deloitte and Leader of Deloitte Private in the Central Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece, and Malta).
"In this sixth edition, 79 Italian companies, demonstrating excellent managerial abilities in a complex international scenario, have been awarded the BMC Award," says Andrea Restelli, Partner at Deloitte and Italy's program leader for Best Managed Companies. "Today, organizations and their leaders must be increasingly prepared to overcome numerous challenges, remaining competitive and attractive in the market by leveraging the right resources, skills, and investments, while focusing on the talents within the company."
